Cancellation Policy
We require [24/48] hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled with less than [24/48] hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
🔹 No-Shows
• If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Repeat no-shows may result in a loss of future booking privileges.
🔹 Late Arrivals
• A 10 minutes grace period is given.
• Excessively late arrivals may be considered a no-show, and charges will apply.

• All deposits and service payments are non-refundable.
